Terms of service

These Terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ledge Space ("Ledge Space", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ledge Space.

Who may use Ledge Space

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ledge Space, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Some regions require a higher minimum age, and you are responsible for meeting the minimum age in your location. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

How Ledge Space works and your content

Ledge Space lets you share plans, places, and events, and connect with friends. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content as needed to operate and improve the service and to show it to the audiences you select through your visibility settings.

You are responsible for the content you post and for the audience you choose for it. Consider carefully before sharing your location or making a plan public, because public content can reveal where you intend to be.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ledge Space to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm anyone, or to track another person without their consent.
• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or harm.

Location features and safety

Ledge Space includes location features that you control. Sharing your location and plans is optional and governed by your visibility settings. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting people or attending events. We do not verify the identity of users and are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.

Notifications and messaging

By using the service you may receive in-app and push notifications. Optional SMS or WhatsApp delivery, where offered, requires your consent, is off by default, and can be turned off at any time in your settings. Message and data rates may apply.

Third party services

Ledge Space relies on third party providers and may link to third party content or services. We are not responsible for third party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

Termination

You may stop using Ledge Space at any time and can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Disclaimers

Ledge Space is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledge Space and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Ledge Space after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
